Employee Referral Program

If you refer a person to ATEA, you will receive Referral Fee for each Employee after he or she successfully completes 90 days of continuous employment with ATEA. Referral Fee is calculated as follows:

· You will be compensated as long as the employee is with ATEA at the rate of $1 per each hour the employee works at client's location. That means you can make thousands of dollars each year.

Client Referral Program

If you refer us a perspective end-client and we successfully place our consultant (s) on a project, you will receive $1,000 one time for each end-client after 90 day of business with the end-client. To receive this incentive, the end-client must not be ATEA’s existing end-client.
